Retail Ops OS turns your weekly sales, labor, and inventory numbers into clear, decision-ready signals — the same instinct behind enterprise retail analytics, sized and priced for an independent store instead of a national chain.
This is the real Weekly Ops calculator grid — it populates the moment you log your first week. Trend sparklines need 2+ weeks logged, and Sales Lift needs an actual promo to compare against, so those start empty on a brand-new account.
Built for the rhythm of running a small store, not a corporate BI tool you'll open once and forget.
Log sales, labor, and hours once a week and get an instant read on labor cost %, sales per hour, and whether you're on track — with plain-language flags, not just raw numbers.
Track expected stock vs. actual counts by product, then roll it up by area of your store to see exactly where inventory is going missing.
See whether a promo actually moved the needle — sales lift, whether advance advertising killed sales beforehand, and whether returns spike afterward.
Drop in whatever CSV your register already exports, map the columns once, and save the mapping for next time. No manual retyping every week.
A phone-based companion tool for walking the floor during a physical count — works with USB/Bluetooth handheld scanners or manual entry.
Everything is stored locally in your browser. Back up and restore anytime with a single file — nothing is ever uploaded anywhere automatically.
The regular price reflects what's actually in this thing. The first 50 locations lock in less, for this version.
Applies to Retail Ops OS as it exists today. A future major version or a cloud-hosted edition, if we build one, would be a separate, optional purchase — this price isn't a claim on products that don't exist yet.
Buy now — $59Large syndicated market data providers sell cross-retailer data to national chains and CPG brands, at pricing built for that scale. Retail Ops OS isn't that — it's not cross-retailer market data. It's the same underlying instinct — turn your numbers into a decision — built as a single-store tool, priced like software instead of a research contract.
Three of the real screens — this is what shows up after you log a week's numbers or run a count.

Expected vs. counted stock, rolled up by zone, so shrink stops being a mystery line on a P&L. Red is a shortage, yellow is a surplus worth a second look, green means the count matched.
A standing SOP, not a blank page
Built-in opening, closing, and weekly checklists, so nothing depends on who happens to be working that day.
Your data never leaves your computer
One-click backup to a file you control. No account, no cloud sync, nothing to leak.
Type in a real week and watch it calculate live.
No onboarding call, no setup wizard — open it, log what happened, see what it means.
Sales, labor hours and cost, transactions, returns — type them in or import them straight from your POS export.
Labor status, staffing signal, shrink by zone, and promo lift are calculated for you and flagged in plain language.
Catch a shrink problem before it grows, know if a promo is actually working, and walk into next week with a plan.

Yes. Retail Ops OS runs entirely in your browser and stores everything locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a server unless you personally export a backup file and choose to share it.
No. Retail Ops OS is an operations dashboard, not a system of record. Your POS and your accountant remain the source of truth for taxes and bookkeeping — this tool helps you see and act on the story behind those numbers, week to week.
The main dashboard is built for a computer. A separate Mobile Count Scanner companion page is included for walking the floor during physical counts — it works with USB/Bluetooth handheld barcode scanners on any phone, and with manual typed entry everywhere. Camera-based scanning does not work in iPhone browsers, due to an Apple/Safari limitation rather than a bug in the tool.
